1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2. Nature of Services – Important Disclaimers

• The Site facilitates connections, inquiries, requests for cultivation lots, and potential allocation contracts for agricultural products, including but not limited to hemp-derived THCA flower, biomass, extracts, and related niche ingredients/supplies.
Services may include platforms for buyers (e.g., dispensaries, processors, retailers) and growers/farms to explore, request, negotiate, or enter crop allocation contracts (potentially including C.C.L.A.A.S.-style or similar structured allocation agreements for compliant hemp cultivation).

We are not a licensed dispensary, cultivator, processor, or seller of cannabis/marijuana. We do not directly sell, distribute, or possess THCA flower or any cannabis products.
All products referenced or allocated via the Site are intended to be hemp-derived and compliant with applicable federal law (e.g., <0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis per the 2018 Farm Bill and USDA rules) and state regulations.
THCA products are not intended for use in a manner that causes decarboxylation to produce delta-9 THC exceeding legal limits. We make no representations regarding intoxicating effects, medical benefits, or safety.
Medical cannabis allocation contracts, if facilitated, are for informational or connection purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, prescriptions, or healthcare services.
Compliance is your responsibility. Users must independently verify that all activities, products, contracts, and shipments comply with federal, state, tribal, and local laws.

3. Prohibited Uses and Restricted Jurisdictions

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
We do not ship THCA or related products to certain states (e.g., Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island) or any jurisdiction where such products or activities are prohibited.
You are responsible for determining whether your location permits access to and use of the Services.
Prohibited activities include: attempting to circumvent age/location restrictions, engaging in fraud, misrepresenting compliance, or using the Site to facilitate unlicensed cannabis activities.

4. User Accounts and Contract Facilitation

Certain features (e.g., requesting lots, entering negotiations, or finalizing allocation contracts) may require creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Allocation contracts or agreements facilitated through the Site are between you (buyer/grower) and the counterparty(ies). We act solely as a platform facilitator and are not a party to any such contract unless explicitly stated.
We may require verification of licensing, compliance testing results, business legitimacy, or other documentation before enabling certain features.

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
